Location
The Sunshine Villas of Puerto Rico are located in the Aqua La Perra Valley area. This is a quiet choice compared to the hotels in the city center and will be great for the extended stay. This area of Puerto Rico has many choices of bars and restaurants along with shopping opportunities. From this out of the way location you are only minutes from the resort center and all of the tourist activities.
Accommodations
The Sunshine Villas are luxurious and furnishes with modern furniture. These accommodations are three bedroom apartments with large living areas and beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is complete and will allow you to cook anything you want.
Utensils in this kitchen will serve six people. There is a separate dining room and living room with a plasma TV that will have local and satellite programing. In all three bedrooms there are double beds and enough room for two people to be comfortable.
Facilities
The Sunshine Villas have private pools in all five of the apartments in this complex. The pools are in a fenced area surrounded by a plush garden and all the outdoor furniture is cushioned. Out in the yard you will have a shaded terrace with great views of the surrounding area.
Let’s not forget the beach is a short distance away and has a lot of water sports and other activities for you to enjoy. The beach is only a short distance and has a lot going on. You can join in on some beach volleyball or just relax in the sun. Water sports can be found along the beach as well.
