The Canaima Apartments in Puerto Rico are centrally located and within walking distance of the beach. This location gives easy access to the shopping district and all of the bars, restaurants and markets that line the streets in this area. The staff is very knowledgeable about the region and will assist with any questions about the places to see.
Accommodations
The Canaima Apartments offer beautifully decorated one and two bedroom apartments that have double beds and large sofa beds in the living room. These apartments have full kitchens with granite counter tops and new appliances.
Cooking utensils will make cooking meals a breeze for the self-catering guest. Satellite TV and direct dial telephone are standard options in the rooms. Large clean bathrooms and balconies with great views top off these apartments.
Facilities
The large fresh water swimming pool at the Canaima Apartments is surrounded by loungers and sun beds for relaxing in the sun. Drinks and snacks can be served at the pool side bar and large meals at the onsite restaurant that offers a great menu. Entertainment during diner is offered some nights.
If you would like to try some scuba diving or parasailing head for the beach area and you will find sailing outfitters and professional diving guides waiting to get your adventure started. There are also sail boat rentals if you would like to head out on the water or you can book a day long cruise that will give you access to other islands and villages along the coast.
