Save up to 80% off mobile calls to landlines

MOBILE USERS. If you register your Orange or One2One phone, there is a flat rate charge of 5.3p/min. (2.9p/min off peak, inc. vat) to landlines.

International calls from mobiles through Telco are charged at the same low rates as from your phone at home. e.g. Australia 12p/min. USA 8p/min. inc. vat.

To use the service, just dial a Freephone number, followed by the number you want - it's that simple!

This is how easy it is to use:-

From your registered mobile phone:

Dial Freephone Access number* 0800 594 1696
Wait for the voice prompt "Please enter the number you wish to dial"
Dial the destination number you want.

(press # # to re-dial or make a follow-on call)

Telco tip

This 0800 Access Number can be stored easily into the memory of your mobile phone. Now you'll never be more than a couple of buttons away from further savings!

If you know how to enter a pause after the 0800 Access Number, you can then add your most popular numbers and enter them into the memory of your phone to make phoning much easier for you.

Some things to note:

If you're calling an overseas number, remember to dial 00 plus the Country Code before entering the telephone number you want.

This service (Telco Connect Xtra) is available for all Orange mobile phone users, including Orange Just Talk users. It is also available for all One2One users with one exception - it is not available for One2One Up2You users.Vodafone and Cellnet users cannot use this service at present.

The 0800 Access Number is subject to change. Once you are a customer, Contact Telco Customer Services to obtain the latest number.

From time to time, the Freephone 0800 Access Number you use with your Orange or One-2-One mobile phone may say "The number you have called will be charged at your standard rate. If you do not wish to continue, please end the call now."

Cancel your call. Call Telco Customer Services to obtain the new Freephone Access Number to use on your Orange or One2One mobile phone. Then proceed as usual.
