Palma Nova is famous as a tourist spot. It is located just 15 km to the west of Mallorca’s capital, Palma de Mallorca. Near Palma Nova, you will also find the famous resort of Magalluf. Both of these resorts are very close to each other so that one can move easily by walking from one place to other. Palma Nova is 20 minutes away from the Palma airport. This place is best for the family with the kids. And it is also best for the people who want to relax and need a quiet holiday in warm weather but in the winter months.

Palma Nova is mostly famous for its beaches which have golden sand and crystal clear water and all of them are connected by a long promenade. You can find many beaches in Palma Nova. The most famous is the Son Matias which is near Magalluf. Many shops, bars, and restaurants are lined alongside this beach. The next beach is Playa de Palma Nova, 500 meters long and it is the longest beach. Near to this beach, you will find the famous Son Matias hotel on one side, and on the other side, you will find the McDonald’s fast-food restaurant. This beach has the facility for water sports such as snorkeling, jet-skiing, and scuba diving. The last beach is the Es Carregador, which is famous for its small marina and seafood restaurants.

Apart from these, there is some more tourist attraction such as Golf Fantasia which is an amazing golf course on this island. The amazing thing about this golf course is that it consists of three different 18-hole courses, which are set in a setting of caves, palm trees, lakes, and waterfalls.
